Senior Software Engineer - Frontend - Growth Insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.js (web or React Native) and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of web and mobile tracking technologies and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to audit, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in complex tracking systems
• Experience working across multiple teams and codebases to implement consistent tracking strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to haves

• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks and modern build pipelines
• Experience with large-scale data tracking and analytics infrastructure
• Knowledge of marketing automation solutions and advertising network integrations

• Develop and maintain shared libraries and best practices for event tracking

• Continuously optimize the MarTech stack
• Improve event and attribution modeling
• Refine event data flows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
