Requirements

BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
6+ years of experience in software development, ideally within a similar role
A demonstrated proficiency in C#
Experience with Unity
Demonstrated experience in working independently with minimal outside supervision
A habit of authoring clean, encapsulated, testable, and well-documented code
Experience in developing complex systems, applications, games, or online platforms

Nice to Haves

Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering
Experience in integrating Generative AI technologies into products
Experience with app and game development across multiple platforms

Design, implement and optimize maintainable code
Coach, mentor, and guide the professional development of team members
Contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of the games productions
Optimize various systems for best performance across platforms
Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategy
Drive roadmap creation and execution
Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives, and have an impact at an organizational level
Work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes
Partner with leadership to influence and drive organization design, contribution, and prioritization
