• Solving technical challenges in scalability, reliability, and efficiency of the platform
• Improving experimentation infrastructure to reduce latency and speed up experiment lifecycle
• Creating a vision and strategy for a fully automated and guided experimentation infrastructure
• Improving engineering craft within the team
• Partnering with Engineering managers in mentoring and growing technical talent in the team
