Director, Software Engineering

Requirements:

• Experience leading product teams
• Strong cross-pillar collaboration skills
• Experience with technical and product insight in Monetization
• Must be based in London
• Extensive collaboration with US timezone-based teams

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build, manage, and support diverse teams of software engineers and engineering managers
• Provide technical and organizational leadership
• Form cross-functional partnerships to drive engineering efforts
• Establish effective strategies and execute against them
• Uphold a culture of respect, integrity, inclusion, innovation
• Recruit, build, structure, and lead technical organizations
