Requirements

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and concepts as applied to generative AI
• 2+ years of professional experience in developing ML solutions at scale
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience in handling large datasets and data processing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant field

Nice to Haves

• Experience in designing and implementing MLOps strategies
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and NLP
• Knowledge of containers like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical mind and confident decision maker
• Excellent computer science fundamentals
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and data scientists

What You'll be Doing

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software applications utilizing generative AI techniques
• Integrate LLMs and NLP into software solutions for various tasks
• Optimize generative AI models for specific use cases
• Help establish coding standards and patterns
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems using generative AI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in generative AI
