Member of Technical Staff, Health AI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline, along with technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Demonstrated full-stack experience in large-scale AI with top-tier publications, open-source contributions, or on-the-job work
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering, pre-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, data curation, LLM inference, deployment, etc.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with coding experience in various languages
• Passion for conversational AI deployment
• Written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Interest in learning new technologies and staying updated with AI trends
• Ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work across the full AI modeling stack, including prompt design, training, inference, LM systems design, and deployment
• Design and validate hypotheses across a cutting-edge language modeling stack
• Collaborate between research and engineering to deliver LLM solutions in healthcare
