Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
• OR equivalent experience

Nice to haves:

• Technical experience with large scale, on-premises compute and storage systems administration
• Experience developing code, scripts, systems, and/or tools that support Infrastructure as Code and Automation
• Relevant certifications in security are a plus. (CISSP, CEH, CASP+, CySA+, SANS/CompTIA Security Certs, etc.)

What you'll be doing:

• Drives efficiency by developing scripts and/or automation and leveraging telemetry data to identify patterns and trends that drive continuous improvement
• Responsible for the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and/or performance of supported infrastructure and services
• Partners and shares technical expertise with interdisciplinary teams
• Resolves issues with services, minimizes customer impact, and documents solutions
• Partners closely with internal customers and engineering teams to conduct root cause analyses
• Adheres to security and compliance standards and works with security and compliance teams
