Senior Software Engineering Manage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, RUST, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience designing, developing and shipping software at scale

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in management or team leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence across teams
• Familiarity with Semantic Search or Indexing technology
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and thoroughly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development of the Semantic Fabric, a cutting-edge technology delivering semantic indexing and search experiences across Microsoft Office 365
• Build a strong team by addressing any communication challenges and promoting a sense of unity
• Foster a culture of excellence in coding standards, design principles, and software engineering best practices
• Mentor and support engineers in their technical growth and problem-solving skills
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering innovation and efficiency
