You will participate in the design and development of our analytical graph query engine, based on modern C++.
You will analyze tradeoffs and prioritize development, modularization, optimization, testing, repairability, and observability of the core system components.
You will implement appropriate observability metrics and analyze these metrics to improve decision quality.
You will work on collecting, classifying, and analyzing complex data.
You will coordinate with leads amongst multiple group project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers).
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline.
Proven years of systems engineering experience using modern C++.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Master's or PhD Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Professional experience in design, development, and operation of distributed databases and other distributed data systems as an Individual Contributor.
Exposure to graph data systems, high-performance computing, or low-latency serving systems is a plus.
