Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements:

• Technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Legally authorized to work in Romania (citizenship, valid visa, or work permit).

Nice to haves:

• Distributed systems experience - developing, debugging, monitoring, and deploying.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java.
• Systems knowledge - hardware and software interfaces, server and network device management, root cause analysis.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop an understanding of distributed systems design and cloud technology interactions.
• Support product engineering teams by participating in code/design reviews and incident responses.
• Implement configuration and data changes with guidance to improve reliability of products.
• Troubleshoot problems affecting system availability and propose solutions.
• Respond to incidents during on-call rotations and share incident details through post-mortem reports.
