Senior Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Rust, Go, Java, or Python: Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud: Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Proven experience in building scalable and reliable software solutions.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, service teams, and external customers.

• Designing distributes systems that are performant, resilient and secure at scale.
• Building fine grained authorization capabilities and deliver the next generation experience.
• Operate a large scale production platform used by over a billion of active users.
• Driving cloud native innovation to improve production systems.
• Working closely with engineers, service teams across Microsoft, and external customers to accelerate the feedback loop and integrate insights directly from end users into product development.
