Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience
- In-depth knowledge of system and service management challenges
- Hands-on experience in providing operations support to complex IT environments
- Ability to build and influence common goals and priorities
- Experience working with Azure or equivalent hyperscale cloud technologies
- Accountability for end-to-end outcomes with strong communication skills
- Experience in large distributed IT environments
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise in problem-solving and analyzing distributed systems and critical production service environments
- ITIL certification V3 or above
- Experience in DevOps lifecycle
- Experience in Kusto/data visualization
- PMP/Agile PM certification or experience in an agile project team
- Proficiency in French language

- Design and support Incident management workflows
- Providing Knowledge Management, Operations training, and leadership
- Leading on cloud excellence and driving down operational costs
- Driving orchestration and integration efforts with internal and external teams
- Contributing to and delivering on the roadmap for feature areas
- Managing the governance of programs and processes
