Azure Service Operations Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience
• In-depth knowledge of system and service management challenges
• Hands-on experience in providing operations support to complex IT environments
• Ability to build and influence common goals and priorities
• Experience working with Azure or equivalent hyperscale cloud technologies
• Accountability for end-to-end outcomes with strong communication skills
• Experience in large distributed IT environments

Nice to Haves:

• Expertise in problem-solving and analyzing distributed systems and critical production service environments
• ITIL certification V3 or above
• Experience in DevOps lifecycle
• Experience in Kusto/data visualization
• PMP/Agile PM certification or experience in an agile project team
• Proficiency in French language

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and support Incident management workflows
• Providing Knowledge Management, Operations training, and leadership
• Leading on cloud excellence and driving down operational costs
• Driving orchestration and integration efforts with internal and external teams
• Contributing to and delivering on the roadmap for feature areas
• Managing the governance of programs and processes
