Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience using low-code/no-code programs (e.g., Dataverse, Power Applications).
• Experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots).
• Experience with programming/coding.
• Certification with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) or equivalent.
• Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into program requirements and technical specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of technical specifications with business goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and address gaps with low-code/no-code solutions.
• Design application solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and develop automated workflows.
• Lead design and code reviews and support the development of technical best practices.
• Develop production services, integrate AI agents, develop rules for logic and workflows, lead incident reviews, and deliver training sessions on low-code/no-code solutions.
• Proactively research trends and innovations in the low-code/no-code solution industry and evaluate new tools and platforms for improvement.
