Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python
• OR equivalent experience
• Experience with distributed systems and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes OR experience in the operation and management of a production service

Nice to Haves:

• Professional experience in C#
• Experience with cloud native services and infrastructure
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to innovate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and optimize high-performance, large-scale storage systems for Azure's supercomputing and AI infrastructure
• Design and implement resilient, distributed architectures capable of handling extreme data volumes with low latency and high durability
• Collaborate with teams across compute, networking, and hardware for end-to-end solutions in HPC and AI workloads
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies in storage, data movement, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Contribute to the evolution of Azure's storage platform for exabyte-scale systems
