Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements:

• 1-3 years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role.
• (Legally authorised = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

Nice to Haves:

• 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in infrastructure, scale, performance, and/or the behavior of distributed systems

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing technical expertise in product features and operations
• Implementing changes to optimize code and improve observability, reliability, and operability
• Engaging with product engineering teams for code/design reviews and incident responses
• Using telemetry data to propose improvements in code base and designs
• Independently troubleshooting problems affecting components
• Identifying patterns and opportunities for configuration and data changes
