- Assists in developing automated testing solutions and independently conducts automated testing on standard feature areas or products.
- Assists in developing data pipelines for test automation and product characterization.
- Participates in the development of dashboards or reports for testing and quality metrics.
- Researches new tools, technologies, methods for project implementation. Provides recommendations to project team members as to which tool is appropriate.
- Uses data and statistical analyses to make recommendations to optimize existing processes that can be used by own team.
- Ensures that test requirements are included in documentation and specifications for a feature or product.
- You’ll help develop automated testing solutions, participate in the development of dashboards or reports, and identify common problems with data analysis. You’ll also help develop prototype components.
- Following established procedures, you’ll help create detailed reports for a well-defined product feature. Under guidance, you’ll also help develop training materials, and document essential details about device materials, components, and/or assemblies for a device.
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
You must be legally authorised (have citizenship or a valid visa/work permit) to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
