Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python
• OR equivalent experience
• Legally authorized to work in Romania
• Fluency in English

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check required

Nice to Haves:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, or Python
• OR equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features
• Contributing to the identification of dependencies and developing design documents with minimal oversight
• Creating and implementing code for products, services, or features
• Estimating and breaking down work items into smaller tasks
• Acting as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system monitoring and restoration approvals
• Staying current with industry developments to drive product improvements
