Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience in coding
• Ability to work across disciplines and communicate effectively with design, product, and research teams

Nice to Haves:

• Proven software engineering skills with experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems
• Proficiency in Python for building and evaluating model-driven solutions
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in React or willingness to ramp up quickly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the evolution of the LLM-powered Fluent knowledge base
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for model performance
• Explore generative UX opportunities
• Participate in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and architecture experimentation
• Contribute to the development and refinement of React-based components and libraries
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative team culture across disciplines
