Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Familiarity with containerized solutions like Docker
• Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests for code quality
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies as needed
• Legally authorized to work in Romania
• Fluency in English

Nice to Haves:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with coding experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
• Understanding of microservices architecture and modular system design
• Exposure to serverless application development in a public cloud environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features
• Supporting the identification of dependencies and developing design documents for product features
• Learning to create and implement code for products, services, or features
• Assisting in breaking down work items into tasks and providing estimations
• Monitoring system/product features for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and recommending actions for restoration
• Reviewing current developments and seeking new knowledge to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance
