Software Engineering Internship Opportunities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship
• Programming experience in an object-oriented language
• You must be legally authorized to work in Spain to be eligible for this role
• Fluent in English

Nice to Haves

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms

What You'll Be Doing

• Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems related to distributed data querying and storage
• Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for scalable and reliable data pipelines
• Learn new engineering methods and technologies like Spark, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse
• Manage time effectively and complete software projects in a team environment
• Review current developments and seek new knowledge to improve data systems
• Improve data discoverability and governance within the team's data ecosystem
