Design, produce and deliver software to improve service reliability, scalability, performance, security, efficiency, etc.
Contribute to fixing, enhancing, and supporting services in production, including on-call duties
Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to address enterprise-grade service requirements
Participate actively in code reviews, bug/issue triage, and support decisions towards business and engineering goals
Review and influence design, architecture, standards, and methods for operating services and systems
Drive and lead technical improvements
Proactively propose further system, process, and product improvements
