Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Requirements:

• Technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in relevant field with technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• Network engineering experience in cloud provider, ISP, or large enterprise environment
• Professional software development experience in networking domain (C#, Python, Go, REST, YAML, workflow systems)

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical experience in network design, development, and automation with live site accountability
• Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, and SDN

What You'll Be Doing:

• Specialize in network protocols, gather requirements, develop solutions, prototype, pilot, document, and operationalize solutions
• Resolve live site issues, troubleshoot complex network components
• Lead customer-facing troubleshooting efforts
• Write drivers and abstraction layers, support innovation and cost management
• Take ownership of ideas from design to production
