Senior Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
• Contributes to the identification of dependencies and development of design documents for a product area.
• Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature.
• Contributes to breaking down larger work items into smaller tasks and providing estimation.
• Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) monitoring system/product for issues.
• Remains current in skills and developments in technology.
• Develops agentic AI workflows for automating NOC operations.
• Collaborates across teams to resolve blockers and deliver features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with AI and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with network operations automation.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
• Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
• Technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
