Cloud Solution Architect - Dynamics F&O

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture
• Proven experience with customization in Dynamics 365 F&O
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers
• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Experience providing actionable insights from customer engagements

Nice to Haves

• Certification or formal training in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Exposure to non-Microsoft ERP platforms

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize Dynamics 365 F&O programs
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and engineering teams
• Provide guidance to customer IT and development teams
• Troubleshoot complex production issues in enterprise environments
