GRC Analyst

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in GRC, cybersecurity consulting, internal audit, compliance management, or technical support role
• Deep understanding of NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Law, or related field

What you'll be doing

• Compliance Subject Matter Expert: Serve as an expert for customer inquiries related to various compliance frameworks
• Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer questions accurately
• Contextual Understanding: Relate compliance questions to customer's business context
• Information Dissemination: Articulate compliance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relationship Building: Build trust with customers through expert compliance support
• Internal Collaboration: Work with different teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Knowledge Management: Document compliance Q&A and contribute to knowledge bases
• Stay Current: Monitor changes in compliance frameworks
• Customer Advocacy: Relay feedback to inform product development
• Support Customer Success Goals: Contribute to customer satisfaction
