Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise AI

Requirements

• Engineering technically simple and elegant solutions that scale to millions of monthly active users
• 6+ years building scalable systems used by millions of users every month
• At least 2+ years of building AI-powered digital products and applications
• Strong backend development experience (Java and/or Kotlin preferred) and solid frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React)
• Informed curiosity and practical interest in the AI space, passion for user experience, and building empowering tools
• Maker's mindset with a bias towards launching fast and iterating rapidly
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product and design, driving alignment and delivering impact
• Familiarity with Python and its AI/ML ecosystem is a plus

What You'll Be Doing

• Build customizable AI-powered solutions that cater to the needs of demanding Miro users
• Maintain, monitor, and ensure system components are operational, supporting continuous engineering improvement
• Collaborate across teams to build net new AI-centric functionality across the platform
• Impact the engineering organization by integrating AI into capabilities in a robust way
• Contribute to new standards in scalability, reliability, and observability of AI capabilities
