Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with the Laravel framework
• Significant experience working with PHP
• Experience with databases, relational or non-relational
• Experience with testing and static analysis
• Good written and spoken English communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop features for the MongoDB Laravel Integration
• Build features for the MongoDB Driver for PHP to better support framework integrations
• Support Developer Relations, Documentation, and Education teams in creating Laravel developer content
• Engage with the Laravel Community through speaking and writing opportunities

Nice to Haves

• Contributed to Laravel or a similar open source project
• Good knowledge of the internals of Eloquent
• Worked with MongoDB and the document model
• Experience with tools in the Laravel ecosystem, like Telescope or Scout
