UI Engineer - Content Engineering

Requirements:

• Passionate about user experience and have an eye for improving UIs
• Experience building media creative apps and/or media workflow, or geared toward financial use cases
• Adept at building enterprise applications with HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS
• Previous experience working with designers/PMs

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience in the Media and Entertainment industry

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs that operationalize workflows at scale
• Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve rapid application development
• Regularly learn and influence new systems and tools as the Netflix platform evolves
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
• Effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to stakeholders
• Live company values, engage in team discussions, and provide mentorship
