Software Engineer (L5) - Game Lifecycle Engineering

Requirements

• Experience architecting and operating high-scale microservices
• Proficiency in gRPC, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, RESTful API design
• Strong Java skills with understanding of OO design principles
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Sense of ownership, bias towards action, and collaboration
• Technical improvement leadership

What You'll Be Doing

• Building, testing, deploying, and launching backend services
• Participating in product reviews and team meetings
• Evaluating new technologies to streamline application development
• Learning and influencing new systems as the platform evolves
• Participating in on-call rotation and incident reviews
• Communicating technical issues and solutions to stakeholders
• Engaging in team discussions and providing mentorship
