Experience with cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services

Working on transforming the technology ecosystem to leverage vendor solutions and innovate in Customer Service, especially in the direction of Generative AI
Building quality products with the right architecture, following sound engineering principles, and delivering maintainable, performant, and developer-friendly experiences
Collaborating with other engineers on projects, guiding and helping junior engineers
