Senior Analog Layout Engineering - Networking

Requirements:

• Dedication and drive to improve the team's success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Systematic approach to planning and execution.
• A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Analog IC Layout.

Nice to Haves:

• Transistor level knowledge for SERDES circuits such as TIAs and Optical Drivers.
• Experience with electro-optical ASIC layout.
• Extensive SKILL experience.
• Experience in automating chip design processes and leading projects on new process nodes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategizing and implementing high-speed opto-electrical analog layout in modern nodes.
• Reviewing and analyzing complex analog schematics for layout implementation in collaboration with the Design Team.
• Considering parasitics, ensuring quality, and verifying device matching, IR drop, and electro migration.
• Potentially leading projects from start to finish and managing stakeholders.
