What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and applying state-of-the-art machine-learning methods for searching in AV data, e.g., to identify driving scenarios from natural language input by using vision language models.
Building, training, and evaluating multi-modal models on our large quantity of videos and related metadata to enable precise searches.
Taking ownership for the efficient design and leading the implementation of ML-based search methods to bring them to production.
Communicating and collaborating with our research and production teams to identify and develop novel approaches.
Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring a high software quality standard.
