Senior System Software Engineer, GPU

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years proven experience in a related hardware/software position
• Expertise in one of the graphics APIs, preferably DX12 or Vulkan, with a thorough understanding of graphics pipeline
• Strong C/C++ programming skills
• Previous experience working on a large system software code base preferred
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to self-manage, demonstrate leadership, and have good interpersonal skills

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with graphics hardware and driver teams through the product development life cycle of gaming servers
• Contribute to game performance improvement efforts
• Profile and debug game engine inefficiencies on hardware
• Assess new hardware features for upcoming releases and measure performance and power impact
• Understand hardware and software architecture
