2+ years of experience or strong academic background in C/C++ software development (embedded systems and network protocols are a plus)
Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, perform research, and analyze tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills; familiar with Agile methodologies like SCRUM
A passion for clean, efficient, and high-quality code
Higher IT or Technical Education

Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, or troubleshooting
Interest in research and development (R&D) and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Exposure to test case design or test automation tools and frameworks

What you'll be doing:
Assist in the design and implementation of features in NIC/DPU firmware and verification
Support the development of new standards and protocols in data center management technologies
Contribute to the launch of new hardware, ensuring security, reliability, and performance under senior engineers mentorship
