Requirements:

• Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field bachelor's/master's degree
• 4+ years of practical experience in large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in data storage systems (MySQL, MyRocks, HBase, Memcached, Redis), traffic management (DNS, CDN, load balancing), infrastructure orchestration (Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to independently debug production environment issues
• Proficient English communication skills for collaboration in the work environment (documentation, meeting participation, technical discussions)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, etc.) or other public cloud services
• Hands-on experience operating MySQL, Memcache, Redis, NoSQL systems
• Understanding of Linux operating systems, file systems, disk/storage technology, network architecture
• Proficiency in various scripting languages like shell scripts
• Experience in capacity planning for large web systems

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating and managing backend databases and services (MySQL, HBase, Memcached, Redis, Nginx, etc.)
• Ongoing improvement activities for scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of infrastructure systems
• Code development and review, system upgrade planning and execution, technical documentation, capacity planning, production environment issue resolution
• Enhancing team efficiency through the development of monitoring systems and automation tools
• Participation in rotating on-call emergency response team
