Senior Backend Engineer, Top of Funnel

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, leading projects with end-user impact
• Experience in backend development using Golang and Python
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to develop novel products
• Contribute to the full development cycle from design to launch
• Foster a data-driven culture by running experiments and generating optimization ideas
• Take accountability for project delivery and produce maintainable code
• Influence team roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in data engineering and complex systems design
• Experience with data streaming/batch solutions (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Storm)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySql, Postgres, Teradata, etc.)
