Requirements
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models
- A solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM subject
- A deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals
- Big-picture thinking to correctly diagnose problems and productionising research
- An applied research mindset with the ability to read, implement, and improve upon state-of-the-art academic work
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and building agentic or multi-agent systems
- A master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Expertise in additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and development of our in-house LLM, from architecture and training to deployment
- Building the full interface layer and orchestration framework that enables seamless interaction with our LLM
- Creating an agentic framework for intelligent task execution, coordination, and reasoning
- Conducting applied research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to solve complex problems and continuously improve model performance
