Requirements

• A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
• To have graduated university in 2023, 2024, or 2025
• A portfolio of multiple coding side projects or open source contributions
• Studies of Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a similar subject
• A proactive attitude
• Love for problem-solving
• Fluency in English
• Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2025

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with engineers across various tech stacks
• Building mobile APIs
• Developing micro-services to evolve our architecture
• Optimising existing critical systems that our business depends on, such as Risk Management, Fraud Detection, and Payment Processing
• Focusing on new greenfield projects and development work
