Data Analyst (FinCrime Compliance)

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role creating impactful solutions, tools, analyses, dashboards, and reports
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• Programming skills in Python
• A solid background/education in a quantitative discipline
• Evidence of excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Experience in data visualization tools, such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights and reach agreements with stakeholders
• Experience building business intelligence dashboards

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial crime, banking, or compliance
• Experience in audit, assurance, and/or performing/designing control tests
• Knowledge of AML best practices

What You'll Be Doing

• Building FinCrime KPIs and dashboards for Revolut in Western Europe
• Maintaining and creating dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights
• Automating recurring reports and enhancing data tools used across compliance assurance
• Supporting compliance assurance reviews and investigations with data analysis
• Analyzing business process data, performing quality checks, and identifying risks
• Working end-to-end on analysis, from scoping and design to visualization and presentation
• Collaborating with MLROs, 1LoD, and 2LoD FinCrime teams, as well as Risk stakeholders
• Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities for existing controls
