Data Analyst (Treasury)

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in treasury analytics
• Great skills with SQL and Python
• Evidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
• Experience working within a bank's treasury function, with specific exposure to liquidity management and asset and liability management

Nice to have

• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject

What you'll be doing

• Developing and owning quantitative models for ALM, capital, and liquidity management
• Enabling domain owners to make strategic, data-informed decisions that directly impact the company's direction
• Setting up and maintaining treasury and regulatory monitoring and reporting frameworks
• Designing and developing key business metrics and dashboards to visualize performance and risk
• Building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
• Performing in-depth, ad-hoc analyses and creating reports that support long-term planning and regulatory compliance
• Supporting company-wide data initiatives that impact the department, such as data warehouse migrations and the development of standardized executive dashboards
• Promoting data literacy by contributing to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams

Compensation range

• Vilnius: €3,700 - €5,000 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €3,700 - €5,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
