Evidence of strong mathematical and statistics knowledge
Knowledge of Python 3 with experience in computational libraries, OOP, TDD, multi-processing, etc.
Working knowledge of SQL (joins, CTEs, functions, etc.)
Hands-on experience with DL libs (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras, ONNX/OpenVino)
Hands-on experience with CV libs (openCV, pillow, torchvision)
Working knowledge of version control, model deployment, developer environments, CI/CD, and containerisation
Working knowledge and experience of cloud-based infrastructure
Nice to have
Familiarity with HuggingFace, wandb.ai, and paperswithcode
Strong experience with additional programming languages (e.g. Java)
Experience in system design and distributed computing
Up-to-date knowledge of ViT, Diffusion, GPT-4, and RetNets
What you'll be doing
Working alongside a team of computer vision scientists and engineers
Owning the projects you develop while benefiting from the support of the wider Computer Vision team
Architecting and creating new computer vision models to automate our compliance and retail processes
Working on our Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow stack (we're hosted on GCP and our data scientists and engineers rely heavily on tools like Jupyter and Docker for machine learning solutions)
