Requirements

2+ years working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian for ticket management, and hardware experience)
Experience in network management and familiar with tools and protocols to remote manage, monitor and automate network services. Cloud network understanding and experience are plus.
Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management
Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Experience with incident and Project Management Skills
Quickly adapt to new products and technologies and are eager to learn continuously.
Fluency in English.

Managing all supporting tools for our internal teams and providing all necessary technology to our employees
Being responsible for software approval, implementation, and deployment, as well as licensing, patching, and policy enforcement
Overseeing office networks, including ISPs, Zscaler configuration and support processes, network management systems (e.g., Meraki), VPN solutions, and cloud network management
Supervising hardware devices through Jamf, Google, , orIntune Endpoint to ensure appropriate usage and configuration, including image management
Handling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycle
Developing and maintaining initiatives to automate service delivery and governance.
Assisting with new system integrations, automation initiatives, and projects
Collaborating closely with engineering and security teams to deploy and integrate tools and controls effectively
