Requirements
- Experience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisation
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Solid knowledge of data science tools including Python, SQL, and production frameworks
- Demonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics fundamentals
- The ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accurately
- Experience productionising research into scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Masters or PhD)
- Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++
- Experience working in anti-fraud functions
- Experience working at a large-scale global tech company
- Participation in Olympiad competitions in Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or Programming at school or university level

- Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to continually solve complex data problems
