Solutions Architect

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong track record in building best-in-class cloud data platforms
• Experience with distributed systems and massively parallel processing technologies
• Expertise in data strategies, methodologies, organization, and modeling concepts
• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts and data engineering frameworks
• Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamental concepts
• Ability to lead engagements with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Industry experience in Financial services, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences (advantageous)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with several Snowflake customers
• Lead technical streams of client data platform implementations and on-boarding efforts
• Collaborate with various Snowflake organizations for support
• Help clients troubleshoot implementations and integrate the product within their ecosystem
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of customer delivery and training teams
• Apply industry/domain/technology expertise to client implementations
• Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers
