Junior Backend Engineer, Content Catalog

Requirements

• Hold a degree in computer science or similar subject
• 1+ years of working experience in a similar backend engineering position
• Comfortable designing, implementing, and maintaining systems with Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Interest in keeping up with best practices and continuous learning

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Build and operate infrastructure, toolset, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate closely with other engineers in the team and product area
• Take operational responsibility for services owned by your team
