Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Content and Catalog Management

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating, promoting, and growing ML strategy for platforms
• Hands-on experience in implementing ML systems at scale
• In-depth knowledge of various ML algorithms
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML services

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the ML strategy for content and catalog management across six squads
• Enhance the ML competence among engineers, engineering managers, and product managers
• Partner with teams to identify and demonstrate ML opportunities
• Cultivate strong relationships within the CoCaM team
• Promote experimentation and iteration in engineering problems
• Stay updated with the latest ML advancements and Spotify ML standards

• Deep experience communicating ML practices to technical and non-technical parties
• Experience leading ML projects and mentoring engineers
