Requirements

• Experienced with Java and distributed, high-volume services
• Knowledge of cloud-native software components on AWS or GCP
• Proficient with SQL-like languages and relational databases
• Skilled in microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure

What You'll Be Doing

• Evolve and scale Spotify's backend systems for live event ingestion and distribution
• Ensure top-notch customer experiences for both users and internal teams
• Take operational responsibility for owned services and participate in on-call rotation
• Collaborate with squads to develop and scale the platform
• Deliver on complex backend tasks to enhance Spotify users' live music experience
