Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning
• Experience implementing production ML systems at scale
• Knowledge of bandit algorithms, LLMs, neural networks, etc.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and refining Spotify’s personalization products
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to build new product features
• Prototype new approaches and productionize solutions at scale
• Promote best practices of ML systems development
• Be part of an active group of machine learning practitioners
• Help develop a creator-first vision and strategy
