Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

Requirements

• You have a strong background in machine learning.
• Experience in bandit algorithms, LLMs, neural networks, or other relevant methods.
• Hands-on experience implementing production ML systems at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and refining Spotify’s personalization products through hands-on ML development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new product features for personalized and relevant user experiences.
• Prototype new approaches and scale solutions for millions of active users.
• Promote best practices of ML systems development within the team and organization.
• Participate in a community of machine learning practitioners at Spotify and contribute to a creator-first vision.
