Fullstack Backend Engineer, Platform Insights

Requirements

• Proficient in Java, confident with Typescript/Javascript, and knowledgeable with Python
• Solid backend foundation and comfortable working across the tech stack
• Experience and knowledge in various technologies and practices
• Experience with GenAI for building internal tools

What You'll Be Doing

• Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, data) with emphasis on backend
• Design, develop, and maintain tools, systems, and resources that enhance developer experience
• Evaluate applicability of introducing third-party tools like Generative AI solutions
• Implement productivity improvements in existing systems
• Maintain datasets that power developer experience metrics
